- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking flowers and supplies
- Utilize retail sales skills to promote and sell floral products

- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques into your work
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in a floral or garden setting
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and create appealing displays
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms for online sales is a plus
- Basic understanding of retail math for pricing and inventory management
- Experience with cash register operations and handling transactions
